DESCRIPTION:Each 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb participant pays tribute \nto a FDNY firefighter by climbing the equivalent of the \n110 stories of the World Trade Center. \nThis climbing tribute not only remembers the sacrifice of \nan FDNY firefighter\, but symbolically completes their \nheroic journey to save others. \nThrough community participation we ensure that each of \nthe 343 firefighters are honored and that the world \nknows that we will never forget.
